Last month, Kanye West was charged with misdemeanor criminal battery and attempted grand theft stemming from a July 19th altercation with photographer Daniel Ramos at Los Angeles International Airport. West faced up to a year in prison, but today a judge simply barred the rapper from coming into contact with Ramos.
